When you step outside of the convention center, you step into the world of WeebCon Festival!
The Irving Convention Center and the Toyota Music factory along with everything in between will play host to our event. If you have a product or brand that you feel would perform well at our show, we welcome you to join our Exhibition Floor and be among some of the most prominent names in the industry.

Any purchase made for WeebCon Festival are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing a booth at WeebCon, you are agreeing to abide by the rules and regulations laid out by WeebCon staff.
This vendor hall is family friendly and any 18+ merchandise is not permitted to sell on the General Public Exhibitor Floor.
There is no minimum sale guarantee.
If you are not selling the merchandise you presented on your application you risk being removed from the floor without refund.
If any trash, merchandise, or clutter is left in your space after load-out, you will be billed a $150 cleaning fee and risk being barred from future shows.
You may only purchase (1) Artist Alley Booths. These are affordable booths that provide up and coming artists an opportunity to show their product. Please understand and I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have cause.
If you are caught selling non-artist merchandise in these booths you will be removed from the show with no refund.
