We value each and every one of our exhibitors.

Thank you for joining us for WeebCon. 
In order to ensure the highest quality, we vet our exhibitors and artists before entry. 
Electricity and power are not included. If needed, reach out to "[email protected]" for info.

You may only purchase (1) Artist Alley Booths. These are affordable booths that provide up and coming artists an opportunity to show their product. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have cause. 
If you are caught selling non-artist merchandise in these booths you will be removed from the show with no refund.

Exhibitor Corner Booth

This is our Corner Exhibitor Booth
You will be placed in a corner booth, providing more presentation versatility.  
The following lists what you can expect to receive in it's entirety, there is nothing additional included with the booth. 
Space includes the following:
- 10x10 Booth Space
- (1) 8ft Table
- (2) Two Chairs
- Pipe and Drape Backdrop
- 4 Vendor Badges (Additional Badges will be $60 a piece)

Standard Exhibitor Booth

This is our Standard Exhibitor Booth.
Meaning you will placed inline of a row, not in a corner position. 
The following lists what you can expect to receive in it's entirety, there is nothing additional included with the booth.

Artist Alley

This is our Standard Artist Alley Booth
You will be inline- meaning not in a corner position. 
The following lists what you can expect to receive in it's entirety, there is nothing additional included with the booth.

- 2 Vendor Badges (Additional Badges will be $60 a piece)

Any purchase made for WeebCon Indy are final and non-refundable.

Miscellaneous Policies

By purchasing a booth at WeebCon, you are agreeing to abide by the rules and regulations laid out by WeebCon staff. 
This vendor hall is family friendly and any 18+ merchandise is not permitted to sell on the General Public Exhibitor Floor.
There is no minimum sale guarantee.
If you are not selling the merchandise you presented on your application you risk being removed from the floor without refund.
If any trash, merchandise, or clutter is left in your space after load-out, you will be billed a $150 cleaning fee and risk being barred from future shows.

WeebCon brings you a robust anime convention experience with prestigious guest lineups and 200+ anime related activites. 

The lavish JW Marriott and expansive Indiana Convention Center will play host to our weekend of festivities. If you have a product or brand that you feel would perform well at our show, we welcome you to join our Exhibition Floor and be among some of the most prominent names in the industry.
